Each and every effort is a serenade to Him, as I owe Him every song.
Over the years, I've learned new things about song composition and have always been willing to push the boundaries of sound. I was trained as a musician and recording engineer as a child, learning to put together melodies when I was only 7 years old. This was at the height of jazz fusion where lead instrumental improvisation was king. Although I was trained early on to read and write sheet music, this improvisation has shaped my writing. Now, I write from my heart.
The songs represented here are the culmination of my ventures. Each new song is a lesson in itself as I am a never ending student of music, sound and the new and emerging recording processes. As you listen, keep in mind these are my intimate conversations with God. My conversations are sometimes upbeat, sometimes somber, but never boring. In all, I share these songs so that you may enjoy the music.

Another great piece here, and the high synthesizer sounds take me back in time to the 70's! ( I Love That Sound ) when Arp and Moog's were the synth standard during that time! This song is CLASSIC! (great work Arlen) Thanks for the musical journey "Wow!

Very smooth intro and a nice synth solo with a nice touch of delay. Nice balance between all the voices in the song. Listening to this song almost seem like you are moving in a different direction.

Now this is what I'm talking about! It really doesn't get any smoother than this Arlen. The lead is crafted perfectly and the flute whiffs add additional texture in the midst of a pure, heavenly ambience. Love how the lead morphed from smooth to funky in the latter parts of the song... excellent transition. Truly a celestial piece... More like this please sir...

These tunes relaxes me and takes me to a nice place.
The blend with vocals and that cool synth is realy doing it!
It has melodic theme which I always look for and cool changes with acoustic and flute , various synth sounds.
With other words, a cool musical journey threw sounds.
